Dr. G. has had over 40 years of professional experience as a company doctor, organizational architect, and family coach to high-flyers and troubleshooters. He’s headed up the regional internal consulting practice at American Express TRS for East Asia and North Pacific, became a principal management consultant with PWC, Aon Global, and the management think tank at the University of Hong Kong.  He later became an advisor to the World Bank, Cyberport, Urban Renewal Authority, Private Banks, and the Chinese University Centre for Family Business.   

He and his fellow founders are particularly proud that a few of his proteges are now leading consulting practices of their own and many families have invited him to their private gatherings. 

Gregg and Prof. Alfred Ho have helped to establish the Institutes of Management Consultants in Hong Kong, and later, in China. Gregg became an Academic Fellow in 2020 at ICMCI or the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes, which is organized under the auspices of the United Nation. To tackle complex challenges in the past, he has joined forces with other professional consultants and academics such as the Hay Group and IBM Consulting. After his retirement in 2012, he has continued to coach high-flyers on a pro-bono basis and was made a special advisor to Aon Global, Fresco Capital, Protiviti, Consumer Council, eBRAM, and several family offices.

Dr. G has traveled to many parts of the world in pursuit of knowledge sharing and gaining insights from patriarchs and academia.  He is a graduate of Warwick, UCLA, HKU, UH, UPenn, and Washington University in St. Louis.
